903 OCEAN AVENUE

My first real estate purchase and endeavor. 903 serves as home, headquarters and asset for myself. Plans are to live and rehab through the fall/winter/spring and then rent for the duration of the summer.

I am currently working on obtaining my real estate brokerage license and plan in the future to purchase land and another house when the opportunites and capital present themselves.
